I'm pretty sure that was her hair. Seeing as sasuke had to literally pull it out. The only thing that comes close would be jman hair tech.

Your acting as if she put a uber amount of power into that attack, those hair needles were small and didn't even make Sasuke blink when hit in his arm. They don't need loads of chakra either, the method of attack is to disable vital points with small needle like chakras. Stop clowning yourself.
