Well during the coup d'etat itachi had no ms so plus neji was a baby

Well i believe they are on the same level, and they all have their unique abilities. Hyuuga is popular for their taijutsu, byakugan, in which they can see through their chakra points, and gentle fist in which they can take complete control over and shut them down, they can also do their 8 trigrams revolving heaven (Rotation). For the Uchiha, they are popular for their ninjutsu and genjutsu, they have sharingan, in which they can evolve overtime, has increased reaction time and can copy jutsus, overtime it can evolve into a mangkeyo sharingan which gives them the ability to use the susanoo. Overall i like their clans and i hope they reunite as one instead of fighting.
