Smh. Anyone is suspectible to Genjutsu, which is why Sasuke had been caught in Itachi's Genjutsu loop in their battle. The Byakugan doesn't grant it's user any less susceptibility than anyone else. What the Byakugan, and the other Doujutsu do grant however, is an improved insight. This however, doesn't correlate to being able to break a Genjutsu initially.

To break a Genjutsu, one must first realize one is inside of a Genjutsu. You can have any of the three Doujutsu, but if you cannot recognize reality from illusion, Byakugan, Sharingan, nor the Rinnegan are of help until REALIZATION, between true & false is accomplished.

This is the main reason why Itachi > Hyuga because his Genjutsu prowess allows him to create a fake reality perfect in unison to reality.

That being said, any Genjutsu user capable of replicating reality can successfully catch & trap a Doujutsu user.

This is one case where I agree(yeah I know it's rare) not only is the eye capable of seeing through the illusion but their chakra control enables them to detect subtle changes in their own body be it eyesight touch taste smell. And can also dispel it using said chakra control. Yes Hyugas naturally have an innate ability in chakra control which is how they are able to use Juuken so effectively.

And they can also see when a genjutsu is about to be used by reading the chakra flow in the tinketsu.

Yes higher level genjutsu is of course harder to dispel. And the Uchiha posses some pretty high level ocular Jutsu. Especially where MS and above is concerned. But most other genjutsu,where the Hyuga are concerned, they are actually better equipped then most to deal with it.

Yeah. Genjutsu is cast by manipulating the senses but having a dojutsu grants extra sensory perception so they should literally see through it (Know they are in a genjutsu.) And yeah breaking out is another matter entirely and as the manga has illustrated, MS genjutsu and above would still be very difficult to break out of.

That's Infinite Tsukuyomi. The most powerful genjutsu there is. Only Rinnegan Sasuke is immune to it.
