The rotation technique used by the hyuga clan is said to block and repel any and all physical attacks so their is nothing that an uchiha can throw at him that rotation cant block at the same time the vaccum palm can smash through almost any defense an uchiha can put up and set them up for sixty four palms and because he is looking at his chakra flow he cant be caught in a genjutsu like tsukiyomi and susano'o's and ameterasu are physical attacks so they can be blocked by the rotation not sure if vaccum palm is strong enough to knock someone out of susano so now it comes down to who runs out of chakra first and it will more than likely be the uchiha if he is using amaterasu or susanoo

Even though it envelopes the user, they can move around within Susanoo freely, use techniques from inside of it,[4] as well as manifest parts of Susanoo — as the situation calls for it. Each Susanoo also is unique to a certain user to the point that if the user is forced to manifest even a limb of their Susanoo they can easily be identified if the person has seen their Susanoo before.[5]
Despite Susanoo's impressive defensive capabilities, the protection it grants its user is not absolute. The user can be thrown out of the upper half of Susanoo by an enemy manipulating the substance underneath Susanoo. The only known ways to attack the user while Susanoo is active is either to draw the wielder out of the technique and then attack,[6] bind and restrict its movements, or to break the defence with overwhelming force. Susanoo users are also vulnerable to attacks which don't actually deal physical damage to it, such as strong lights and sounds, that can also impair their ability to sustain Susanoo.[7] Sound-based genjutsu can also bypass Susanoo's impressive defence.[8]
I did not include rinnegan because everything has not been made clear on the unlocking of rinnegan by madara uchiha
This was some backgroung information on the 2 respective clans and their bloodline limits. Here is my argument
The rotation technique used by the hyuga clan is said to block and repel any and all physical attacks so their is nothing that an uchiha can throw at him that rotation cant block at the same time the vaccum palm can smash through almost any defense an uchiha can put up and set them up for sixty four palms and because he is looking at his chakra flow he cant be caught in a genjutsu like tsukiyomi and susano'o's and ameterasu are physical attacks so they can be blocked by the rotation not sure if vaccum palm is strong enough to knock someone out of susano so now it comes down to who runs out of chakra first and it will more than likely be the uchiha if he is using amaterasu or susanoo
