How can they see it? They would only watch what she does in a fight, you have to active sharingan or byakugan to see, in daily life I don't really see Hyuugas walking with their byakugan activated or Kakashi with his sharingan, but when you're in a fight your chakra already moves so they won't really know what she's up to.
How could Sasuke see with his sharingan unactivated? When they met he was pretty much blind. h:

Even if they saw it what were they suppose to say? Oh look sakura is storing the chakra? It's not an asspull she got the seal. Kishi planned it a LONG time ago those forehead jokes now she has something to put there. The seal was planned. No question.

Do you think the Hyūga Clan cared? Storing chakra in their forehead - they probably wondered what was wrong ith her or didn't care. She had good chakra control so maybe they thought it was healing her forehead or whatever. Stop reading if you don't like it.

i agree about the whole forehead thing. everything happens for a reason it seems. kishi hyping up sakura's forehead since part one, and now she has a reason for it to actually be noticed. the amount of character hate here is suffocating. And the fact that the only other person in the manga who was able to store chakra in such a pinpoint location over an extended period of time is a major feat in itself, ESPECIALLY since she was only a 12 year old GENIN

on another note, i wouldn't be surprised if kishi used her genjutsu-cancelling skills in combination with her new stored power to help diminish the infinite tsukuyomi if it ever came to it, at the cost of her life
