Lol Air-Wall Palm is literally just forming a wall of air, it can defend well but against 3 hearts and IS and threads as well as maybe even 100 puppet spam lol they get taken down eventually.

It didn't "blow it away" it literally forms a wall, hence why everything between the Juubi hand and Hiashi were not affected lol it forms a wall and the Juubi ran into it and bounced off with its own momentum, its not an offensive jutsu its a defensive jutsu that forms a wall.

That is literally the same thing as Vacuum Palm except with two hands (or two Hyugas) instead of one. By default it is an offensive technique. Nothing in between Hiashi and the tail was touched because there was nothing in Hiashi's line of fire.

And where do you actually see anything in that panel that implies that none of the two things you mentioned happening? The last bit doesn't even really matter because it's not fired along the ground, it's fired through the air.
