First up, let's start with the activation of the Byakugan! For the initial activation you'll have to perform the series of hand seals that comes with the activation [Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up] and whilst performing the hand seals focus chakra in and around your eyes and upon forming the final hand seal shout out the word "Byakugan!". If done succesfully the veins around your temples will buldge outward whilst your eyes will become white and featureless. Due to your rank you'll be able to activate your Byakugan in battle without the need for any hand seals but until a month after your mastery of Gentle Fist you'll still have to spend a move on it's activation.
Once your Byakugan has activated tell me everything you know about our clan and it's abilities, the Byakugan and Gentle Fist... including your knowledge about the chakra pathway present within the human body and any questions you might have before we move on to the techniques.

Whis pay attention to his elder on the hand seals and the activation and how it suppose to activate his clan's doujutsu. He relaxes his body because on the inside this is the first time he gets to train in the clans abilities. He knew Roku wouldn't let him down. He performs: Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up.

Well the Hyuga clan is the most strongest clan in the Leaf. They have one abiliity that everyone outside of the Leaf wanted which is the Byakugan. This is one of the three most powerful doujutsu. This doujutsu gives the user the ability to see long distance, see chakra points/system, and even able to track fast move something similar to the Uchihas 3T Sharingan.
The Hyuga also has a unique taijutsu which is Gentle Fist. The name comes from the style which it uses their finger tips and palm thrust which is very gentle when you poke someone or just thrust your palm forward. But with the Hyuga clan they increase these so called pokes/hand thrust with chakra making them deadly. This style doesn't do external damage but internal. These hits attack the chakra network which their doujutsu helps them locate the chakra points and look at the network system.

Not bad, I'll cover it all aswell though.
The Byakugan is the basis of Gentle Fist as you need to have it activated to perform Gentle Fist. Through the Byakugan you'll have a 360 degree field of vision with only a tiny blind spot located on the back of your neck though the effectiveness of the blind spot isn't really that great unless your opponent is far behind you (very long range) and specifically aiming for it. Through the Byakugan's abilities you are capable of, beside viewing your target's chakra network, seeing through any matter whether it be solid or not and you cannot be blinded by anything whatsoever since you can simply "zoom" through any obstacles that may be in your field of vision, even chakra cannot blind you unlike the Sharingan. The range of your vision depends on rank but in your case you can focus on a single point upto 20kms away and your peripheral vision can see upto a 300meter radius all around you and you can even detect the nature of chakra before it is released through unique characteristics like the vibration present in lightning chakra or the sharpness of wind chakra. As for your first question, visual based illusions that require eye contact still require the opponent to make direct contact with your pupils so you can simply cover your eyes with some object or just look another way to prevent being cast in ocular illusions while your vision won't be inhibited due to the peripheral vision.

Various gentle fist techniques can be used to counter other ninjutsu (elemental or raw).. each rotation and ranged techniques can aswell as some of the shorter-ranged techniques but I'll mention which when we reach said techniques.
As for reaction speed, the Byakugan multiplies your reaction speed *3 placing it inbetween the 2 and 3 tomoe sharingan.

As for Gentle Fist, although it's originally used for the closing and opening of chakra points that part is simply useless in the RP unless you can seal all chakra points or atleast the majority of them in a single move which is highly unlikely I'd say. But you can, instead, use it to deal (severe) internal damage by targetting organs and/or nerves. To target organs it's best to attack your opponent with a palm strike since it covers a larger area but to strike nerves it's best to use pokes, focusing the same amount of chakra in a smaller area to deal more damage to that single point. Another great advantage is that you can actually freeform basic hand strikes and pokes and depending on the action the damage is equal to a D/C-rank jutsu but you don't have to spend a move at all (yay).

Alrighty, let's move on! For starters I'll refer to pokes as 'needle strikes'.
First up, focus your chakra throughout your entire body and release chakra from all 361 of your chakra points simultanously, to assist yourself in attempting this for the first time you can simply look at your own chakra system with your Byakugan. Once you've got the hang of releasing a full-body burst of chakra try to do it whilst rotating your body, pushing out the chakra as you do so and form a spherical dense shield of chakra around you protecting you from any direction imagineable. This is called a rotation and due to it's density it's power is equal to elemental ninjutsu.
After succesfully performing a rotation proceed with a barrage of palm strikes, this time you only release chakra from the palms of your hands. To practice perform a combo of sixteen hits on this dummy *dummy magically appears* and be detailed on the first four hits of the combo(name out the exact points of impact of your strikes) and then strike the dummy with a seventeenth hit but for this final strike form a fist but leave your index and middle fingers extended and strike the dummy's heart with a needle strike, releasing the same amount of chakra you would with a regular palm strike but release it from the tips of your index and middle fingers.
Note: Due to most techniques practically being copies from lower ranked techniques only doing a little more damage I'll only have you perform the odd ones out whilst for the 'copies' I'll simply explain the techniques and we move on unless you might have any questions after my explanation.

Whis loses his eyes and his doujutsu activates. He look towards his chakra network and notices every single chakra point of his body. He tries to release charka from one of his chakra points. The release was weak but it did release some chakra. He tries it again and force a little more chakra out of this same chakra point which is his left shin. The chakra releases out and it shows from the outside of his skin. This amount of the chakra released he tries it again but from all of the chakra points.
"Okay remember that feeling and amount."
He releases the same amount of chakra from his body and it forces out all around him forming some kind of chakra barrier. This barrier is sky blue in color.
"Hmm"
*seven tries later*
He pants from trying this for the last seven times. He thinks he has it down pack but wants to try to do the rotation with it which will be more harder then it would seem. He starts spinning his body clockwise and with the practice he had earlier he releases out chakra all over his body. This spin makes his concentration hard to focus on the chakra so it doesn't release all the way.
"This is much harder then I thought. How did Neji-sama ever learn this at such a young age."
He is determine to make the great Neji proud. He slides his right foot back and starts spinning in the same direction. His chakra released out all his chakra points. The charka releases out in a dome shape. He continues rotating and the chakra continues pouring out. He stops spinning after ten spins.
He pants and leans over and tries to catch his breath.
"Our clan is great but the training is draining. Now time for the next step."
He takes a scroll out and unseals bowl of black balls. These balls are specially made. He takes one and his face go from tried to happy. His chakra is restored to almost full. This is something someone like himself been using for a long time. He walks up to the dummy. He know the stance of clan's fight style. He gets into this stance.
He smirks and pushes off his left foot moving forward with his right palm towards the dummy left shoulder. He releases chakra through his palm inserting it into the shoulder of the dummy. Before even pulling his palm back he releases his left palm out towards the stomach of the dummy doing the same thing releasing chakra through it.
"Continue moving forward"
He spins to his right and brings the left palm around to the back of the dummy thrusting it into the spinal cord of the dummy with chakra and the right palm follow right behind it in the same spot. He leaps up while the dummy stumbles forward. He does a front flip over the dummy and points his index and middle finger out towards the heart of the dummy. This was much easily since he uses ZX Busters requires something similar and he has used chakra infused fighting styles before. The two fingers it the heart and with such effect the dummy falls while Whis lands right in front of the dummy as it lay on the ground.

A rotation mainly to defend yourself as it's weak and puny at this rank, a rotation in general allows you to fend off attacks from whichever direction they may appear and considering the fact that you expel chakra from all of your chakra points it also counts as a full body surge. Rotations can also be performed in mid-air but to do so you'll need to have some form of momentum such as executing it right after a jump and not during a free fall.

Perform it.

Not small, so pretty much neglectible in the end.. in most cases. Here's a picture of the technique;

1. Due to it simply being raw chakra which hasn't undergone any form of advanced shape manipulation, nor does it have an increased density like the rotations it's weak to elemental chakra... so it can only defend from D-Rank elementals.
2. Basically if the wave hits your opponent and blows them away, if they hit a wall or something due to the force of the wave the +5 damage is dealt. If the opponent is simply blown away without any obstructions along the way the +5 damage won't be dealt.

(Shugo Hakke Rokujuuyonshou) - Protective 8 Trigrams 64 Strikes

Description: A defense that can block off attacks and an attack that closes 64 tenketsu and limits chakra flow for one turn after the opponent is hit by it.
The description of the technique is kinda off when compared to the actual usage, the only times this technique appeared in the story was when Hinata was fending off bees which approached from all directions whilst basically moving her arms whilst thin, sharp lines of chakra were emitted from the center of her palms forming a dome-shaped net of chakra around her. (Hakke Rokujuuyonshou) - 8 Trigrams 64 Strikes

Description: Attack that closes 64 tenketsu and limits chakra to half for one turn after the opponent is hit by it.
Quite self-explanatory, just perform a combo of a total of 64 strikes whilst targetting your opponent's chakra points limiting their chakra flow if executed succesfully. Can be performed through both palm and needle strikes. Since this is the first technique which only focuses on the closing of numerous chakra points I want you to perform it and be detailed on the first four chakra points you close. *clone appears* If you want to succesfully execute the full combo I highly advise you to start with a strike to a vital area which will end up staggering your opponent for a moment leaving them wide open for the remaining high-speed strikes. An area like the solar plexus located in the center of one's upper body should suffice.
(Byakugan Sanashige) – Byakugan three Kicks

(Byākugan Sandageki) – Byakugan Three Strikes

Description: The user grabs the opponents extended arm, flipping them around and then strikes them thrice on the back, sending them flying.
Another simple combination using basic gentle fist strikes, primarily counter-based. Perform it on my clone *clone appears and charges at you with a right handed jab* You can use both palm and needle strikes for the three hits on the back.

The description of the technique is kinda off when compared to the actual usage, the only times this technique appeared in the story was when Hinata was fending off bees which approached from all directions whilst basically moving her arms whilst thin, sharp lines of chakra were emitted from the center of her palms forming a dome-shaped net of chakra around her. Quite self-explanatory, just perform a combo of a total of 64 strikes whilst targetting your opponent's chakra points limiting their chakra flow if executed succesfully. Can be performed through both palm and needle strikes. Since this is the first technique which only focuses on the closing of numerous chakra points I want you to perform it and be detailed on the first four chakra points you close. *clone appears* If you want to succesfully execute the full combo I highly advise you to start with a strike to a vital area which will end up staggering your opponent for a moment leaving them wide open for the remaining high-speed strikes. An area like the solar plexus located in the center of one's upper body should suffice.

Whis gets into his normal clan stance with his right arm in the air and left arm down. His left left leg is out and right leg is back. The stance is solid so he doesn't fall. He pushes forward off his right leg bringing his right palm forward. He acts as if he was going to do a palm strike but twist it up at the end closing his hand leaving only his index and middle finger to hit the middle of the rib cage chakra point. This would make the opponent cough up air and leave him/her open for more strikes. With this strike complete his left hand comes over and pushes the left shoulder back with hitting the chakra point also in the middle. Whis continues moving forward with another left palm strike to the right shoulder followed by a strike to the left arm with his right index and middle finger.
Right after the 64 strikes, he kicks the opponent with his right foot towards their left knee. He does a kick up with his left leg and followed behind with his right all aiming to the face. This would launch the dummy in the air.

The dummy gets back up anger towards me. He releases the right jab, with a quick step forward and my right arm extends out grabbing the right biclet and the left arm grabs the forearm swing the opponent over my body and releasing him. Right after releasing him, I do a palm straight right to the center of his back. I step froward making sure the opponent has no space to move out the way of my attacks. Two needles strikes to the location of the lunges from the back the right index and middle hits the left and the left index comes across and smashes into the right.

Gentle Fist allows you to attack with any bodypart you want through the exertion of chakra and whether you deal damage internally or externally merely depends on whether or not you make direct contact or attack through a ranged attacks. Though most canon things rely solely on the hands or full-body variants.
Moving on.. the following techniques cover the entirety of B-Rank since their all self-explanatory and similair to previous techniques so no need to perform them, just ask any questions that you may have.

Well.. I suppose you could but forget about chakra points, the amount of hits you'd need to succesfully limit your opponent's chakra flow to a great enough extent would be way more effort than simply targetting nerves and vital bodyparts/organs.. which is what we'll go over with the next test!
Scenario
You'll face two opponents, one positioned directly infront of you whilst the other is further behind you. The one before you will attack you with a simple right handed jab aimed for your jaw and while you would be dealing with him the other opponent will approach from behind aiming to grab hold of you to immobilize you and lock your arms.

Then proceed with four more hits to take out the opponent before you, aiming for various organs, nerves or body parts and with each hit I want you to be detailed as to where you hit him and the effects caused by the damage dealt to the area struck. As for the second opponent, you can prevent him from grabbing hold of you whilst dealing with the opponent before you or simply allow him to grab you and use other means to free yourself through the use of Gentle Fist. To take out the second opponent you also have to land a total of four hits detailing the area struck and the effects caused by the damage dealt!

Whis is placed in a genjutsu. He activates his Byukugan using his 360 degrees sight to target his opponent and to keep up with them. With his doujutsu activated he had notice his opponent swinging his arm forward towards him with his right hand. He leans back dodging the fist as it goes across his face. While it goes across he raises his left index and middle finger to pierce the Musculocutaneous Nerve which is located underneath the arm. By piercing this the arm loses the signal from multiple locations so the arm doesn't get these signals the arm can't be moved anymore. With hitting this spot also hits a muscle leaving extreme pain. With this he also spins to his right coming across to hit the opponent behind him stomach making him cough up blood with such palm strike to the stomach. The palm strike is made with the fingers pointing to the right side of the opponent body.

1. Yeah, like really close <_> inches from contact.
2. Like, direct most of it's force forward or backward and such, the canon usage of this technique was shown twice in the manga. The first time when Neji broke out of Kisame's water prison he focused more force on the technique's weak point while the second time when he was held down by a white zetsu he focused the force towards the zetsu holding onto him from behind.. like that really.
3. Since it releases chakra from all chakra points it counts as a full body surge yeah.. following the usual guidelines where it can dispel genjutsu of upto one rank below it, so in this case B-Rank. It's just an alternative for Nagashi I'd say xD

Originally used by Hinata against Pain before she died so horribly T^T exert chakra from the chakra points located in your hands and lower arms and form a shroud of chakra around each of your hands whilst shaping both shrouds into lion's heads. Then you can choose to engage in close quarters combat using the shrouds to enhance your strikes or simply thrust your arms forward and release the shrouds which would approach your target in a spinning motion to strike from a distance. Description: The users hand turn white, with chakra coating and flowing through them. Then they take several swipes at the opponent, and finishes by bringing together both their hands. This creates a large explosion that damages and knocks back the opponent.
Focus chakra within both hands and also coat them in a cloak of hazy white chakra. Then, with your chakra enhanced hands attack your target with several swipes and finish by bringing your hands together creating a large explosion. However, due to the recoil of the explosion this technique will also harm yourself though nothing major. Perform this one too.

Whis creates a clone on the right side of him. The reason of this is to try out the two ways of using the jutsu at the same time and he can get the knowledge all at once. The clone name is Beerus. Beerus and Whis both channel chakra in their hands but really the chakra points and from the hands on up to the forearm. The chakra expels out. This part was easy from him using the rotation earlier but the hard part is to control this chakra. They try to mold the chakra into a circle shape first.

They smirk and compress the chakra and then all together as they punch forward they stop pumping chakra to the lion's head and the heads fly off with a little spin to them. They high five each other and the clone disappears.
Whis channels chakra through his hands. The chakra has a different color to it. It is misty white. The nature its self changes. He compress the chakra but the flow of the chakra continues. He does six punches, right hook, left hook, upper cut with the right hand, left slap, back hand with the right hand up, and a thrust forward with releasing the compress chakra that explodes forward but also aftermath he gets hit with.

Not much special about the S-Ranks in terms of originality huh? =/ anyhow! Before we wrap this up I'll tell you about one more thing before I forget.. the difference in force between a basic gentle fist strike and a strong fist strike. The damage output is essentially the same whether you strike someone with your fist or lightly tap them and send a burst of chakra into their body, the main difference however is that due to gentle fist damaging your opponent internally without taking their physical constitution in consideration it can be considered alot more effective and then there's the part where you need little to no physical momentum to land a powerful gentle fist strike where as to land a crushing strong fist strike you need at least some form of momentum to deal a crushing blow.
Now I won't bother you with any more combos of sorts as I know you're capable enough, so.. consider yourself a Gentle Fist master as of now u-u unless you have any questions that might make me reconsider that is!
