question 1:if the byakugan can only see chakra how come they can hit targets with such precise attacks and such accuracy? how come hinata could hit like 1000 bees and how did neji dodge kidomaru's aattacks and kill all his insects?

question 2: isn't the byakugan just be an advanced version of what karin can do? neji was accurately hitting hundreds of insects that were surrounding him how if its just chakara x-ray vision?

qustion 3: why are neji's reflexes so good in close combat if the byakugan doesn't offer precog,how does he train with hiashi without getting killed since all he has is the ability to see chakra not precog?

question 4: if someone with the sharingan was put in neji's position they would not be able to hit all those insects but the sharingan has precog its like it sees thing in slow motion does the byakugan have precog?

question 5: neji has the same speed stats as sasuke and he has the same stamina but neji beats him in taijutsu stats, my question is if sasuke could avoid getting hit by the raikage because of the sharingan could neji or hiashi with the byakugan avoid the raikage like sasuke did?

5 questions but all the questions are the same, does Byakugan users have the ability to read movements.

Answer is yes and no. The Hyugas can see the movement of things in a 360 degree field of vision which enables them to counter attack most attacks thrown at them. However, they are not able to see the movements slowed down like a sharingan user. The reason they are so good at combat is due to the fact of the 360 degree vision, allowing them to hone their reflexes and minds to the point that they literally are the #1 in taijutsu, even among the Uchihas.

Can the hit 1000 bees and other objects like in question 1? If the attacks are in their field of vision, yes, they can.

No, Byakugan is not an advanced version of what Karin uses. Karin can only wish she had something remotely close to what the Hyugas have.

Neji's reflexes are so good because he has trained since a little child on how to counter attack pretty much everything that is thrown at him. It's literally nearly decades for Neji now on how much he trained.

I'm sure an Uchiha can do what Neji and Hinate are capable of but without as perfect of a reaction time or defense wise. That's why the Uchiha's have Susano'o, to make up for their lack in defensive abilities.

It's a tough one to call if Neji can avoid the Raikage's attacks. Sasuke was barely able to avoid them at all with MS. Hell, most were dead on impacts. Sasuke was only saved by Susano'o.

My two cents

1: they actually see the chakra inside the nerve system, where the chakra is activated, and so where the organisms are going. The sharingan has similar traits in my opinion.

2: No... Karin sense, she doesn't visualize her feelings

3: practice makes perfect. taijutsu is their family game.

4: The byakugan is linked to the brain, IMO, that moving targets are somehow felt, and can be hit, faster, because it doesn't rely as much on eye-hand movement.

5: probably not, or not as easy. The byakugan would sense what chakra is activated, but still needs to rely on reflexes. Sharingan makes this easier.

1) They can see more than just chakra. They can also see everything in the environment as well. Seeing chakra and the chakra network is just an added bonus to being able to see 360 degrees. They train themselves to be able to hit anything that is within their reach and and react to anything that comes into their field of vision.

2)Byakugan is a legendary doujutsu coveted by many people in the NV. Karin's ability is special amongst most sensors, but in no way is it on the sensory calibre of the Byakugan.

3)Neji has dedicated his life to training in his clans taijutsu style, which requires him to be light and quick with all parts of his body so that he can strike his opponent to cause severe internal damage. Because his fighting style revolves mostly on the use of his byakugan, he is able to react to anything that is within his range of vision.

4)The hyuuga are trained to react to opponets within their field of vision by reading their chakra. In a way its like precog, but without actually seeing them like sharingan.

5)sasuke barely avoided v1 raikage with sharingan precog, so I doubt that neji would do much better in that respect. He would be relying on his own reflexes to evade instead of having the help of the sharingan precog like sasuke did, but he could sense when the raikage would attack according to how his chakra flow reacts and use that to help him evade the raikage.
