Tenseigan approve why blue eye is able to awake Byakugan beside is Kishi the one who correct his mistake an introduce this blue eye doujutsu. Beside even without byakugan his position as first born in main house make him the heiress of the clan while born as a son of Hokage in noble clan Hyuga make him honors as Hyuga Prince regardless.

If you’re talking about the Buruto Uzumaki Movie that will come out after the Mini Series ends its true. Buruto Uzumaki will have His own movie. PS. Buruto is an Uzumaki not Hyuga,so it should be Uzumaki Prince.

OT:
This was obvious , eldest child of hinata ( hyuga leader ) means bolt is next in line an it also mean bolt is a nice blend of hamura/hagoromo chakras.
