i Agree , Being able to expel Chakra from all the teketsu in your body at once as well as individually. And also being able to inject chakra into the bodies of other shinobi. If Hyuga had the desire to learn actual ninjustsu after learning the Gentle Fist . Like Rasengan, they would be able to learnt hsi with great ease. Its like a rotation in your hand xd

2. 360 degree (w/ a very little blind spot)
3. Posses eye that has best clarity of chakra control

Using logic it is undoubted that they should be the best of the best, but why that isn't so? Because Kishi Hates them & have done a good job degrading them.

Right now they are just about equal to cannon fodders. Even Chouji has better screen time than them.

Neji has gotten rid of his blind spot totally XD.

Yeah kishi has taken away a lot of screen time for them, when ever I see Neji I don't really fear him dying at all.

not only ninjutsu, but genjutsu and medical ninjutsu too. excellent chakra control is the key for these... also imagine this: Hinata can see up to 10km what she could do if she learns some elemental ninjutsu and use it from that distance? sniper clan xd

No. Ninjutsu requires Nature manipulation or Shape manipulation. Chakra control might help with shape manipulation, but nature manipulation is a whole different ball game.

it requires chakra control too. you run out of chakra too soon and easily if your chakra control is bad.
