[Discussion] Hyuga Clan: Direct Descendants of the SO6P

The elders son laid the foundation for the Sharingan and Byakugan by mutation through the his descendants, this means that both the Uchiha and Hyuga are direct relatives of the elder son, therefore relatives to the SO6P.

If you look at the eyes of SO6P and his son, they are different.

In terms of which one was first is really hard to say, according to Kakashi he has stated that the Hyuga is Konoha's oldest clan but without knowing the timeline, it's hard to really say exactly. We would need to know exactly when each clan rose to prominence and use that as a guide at least. Seems like one of the eyes mutated into another, whether it be from Sharingan to Byakugan or vice versa is anyone's guess but it would provide an explanation as to how both clans came to be.

Clearly there have been many many generations since the elder son existed and when Madara/Hashirama fought so we have no idea what happened in all those years. Another example to further show this is the Uzumaki, they are supposedly distant relatives to the Senju which means they have a direct lineage to the SO6P as well but how far back does this link to the Senju go exactly? This link more open than the Uchiha/Hyuga link.

However Im right about the sages wife being a hyuuga... Then if Naruto and Hina get it on then we will have the re-creation of the elder and younger child! RECREATING THE UCHIHA AND SENJU CLANS!!

I'm assuming...at days end who knows what happens when uzumaki and hyuga DNA is mixed. We've seen the capabilities of Senju and Uchiha so we can only wonder.

Yeah, the next arc is gonna be a wild one. Everyone's lineage is going to be revealed. I feel like every kekkai genkai can be traced back to the SO6P in some way or another.

If the Uzumaki were descended from the Senju, why is it that their leader is clearly older than Hashirama? Hmmm….

How is th age of either leader relevant to your argument?

Also, it is stated in the manga that the Hyuga are the Leaf’s “oldest and greatest bloodline”

What relevance is this to your argument of declaring the Hyugas as direct descendants? The Leaf did not exist until after Hashi and Madara came to a treaty.

It could be believed that the quote was not declaring them the oldest, but among the oldest.

How I think it goes:

Older son was Hyuuga.

Younger son was selected as their fathers successor.

Older son founded a clan where the elder was named clan leader, everyone else was part of the "side branch".

At some point the side branch of the Hyuuga rebelled and became the Uchiha, Hyuuga created the caged bird seal to prevent this from happening again.

I doubt it...I believe that the Uzumaki are the true descendants of the S06P and hence the connection with Naruto. The Uchiha and the Senju probably come from whoever the sage's wifey was.

Maybe she was a Hyuga...? WAIT.
