This guy seems to have mokuton so perhaps he has senju dna and since shin is fast. I expect shisui hooded guy to be insanely fast. I wonder if he has mangekyo sharingan...

i looked closer at the thing he was standing on and i think its just rock not mokuton since theres cracks.
