Kurama sits inside naruto's consicous and thus will remain unaffected, he doesnot get burnt when BM avatar is used to swat away fire

I never said Kurama gets effect with White Rage, I said whoever is using the body will. I don't understand your example, that example (fire) is completely different then what White Rage does. It doesn't burn: All it does it produce light (to blind), sound (agony pitch that forces you to cover your ears and leaving you vulnerable), and vibration traveling from the air, that paralyzes you.

the seal was merely disrupting the chakra mixing process, but now that there is a huge amount of chakra flowing out, the little disruption might as well be negligible

Actual from the scans I previously post: the seal merely disrupt Naruto's normal chakra and completely (not little) blocked the Kyuubi's chakra. It never had a little effect shown in the manga, which is why you think it will be negligible.

P.S the effects also knocked Naruto unconscious.

that was just an example, the point is what ever hits the BM avatar, the bijuu inside the host will not be affected

while naruto will get blinded or be in pain due to the sound, kurama wont be and he can still manipulate the chakra and keep a protective chakra around naruto

naruto was also knocked out after using kyuubi chakra for the first time

its simply due to being inexperienced and weak that he couldnt handle using kyuubi chakra or having the chakra flow blocked

but now he is strong enough to resist various seals/barriers

Um.. No.. Kurama cannot control the users body. Not even Bee can do such a thing. Who ever is in control is in control. That scan doesn't prove that Kurama can do something when Naruto is vulnerable, as Naruto needs to mold the chakra to use

No it isn't, nothing suggest that the fuijutsu no longer effects Naruto just because the seal is completely open. Does this mean that Minato can no longer re close the seal, if he wanted to, in Naruto? No at all.

You can't pull all fuijutsu in the same category as they have different strengths and purposes. Using this example doesn't prove he breaks other categories.

Its not about moving either as the vibrations from the air, entering his body, wouldn't allow him to mold chakra.
