× This is Madara before he obtained the Juubi, but with Sasuke's rinnegan in his left eye (allowing him to not only use limbo, but also amenotejikara).

× This is Obito after he gained control over the Juubi.

Battle Conditions.

× Observe: Amenotejikara can be used with a 30 second interval (from his frame of reference) and consumes 1/25 of his chakra.
× Intel: None (Scenario 1) | Full (Scenario 2).
× Prep: Random Encounter (Scenario 1) | 1 day for Madara (Scenario 2).
× State of mind: They're aiming to kill one another.
× Starting Distance: 70 meters.
× Location: A partially destroyed wasteland.

Alive Madara, even when not at full EMS level power destroyed the 10 tails binding gates like they were twigs. Madara wins mid difficulty at best.
