Hashirama defeated Madara who had the 9 tails on top of Perfect Susanoo. Hashirama would still cream Sasuke even if his Susanoo was on par with Madara's.
Worst case scenario, Hashirama can use a gate to protect himself, use flower world or enter Sage Mode. Pretty sure the Yata can't guard against genjutsu like that.

How can he counter Enton spam from PS ? ( I say PS , because PS's arrows , sword and orb will normally be a lot bigger than the ones of the regular Susanoo ).

Yata is a shield, not an omni-directional bubble that protects him from all directions. Blocking the pollen coming from the front doesn't matter if it still gets you from the side and back.

Madara's Susanoo sword equipped Bijuudama wasn't enough to completely penetrate the gates, as is seen here. The trajectory was changed, and that was only because it was probably one of Madara's most powerful attacks at the time.

In the scan before this, we can see that the projectile was already in motion towards Hashirama, while he was moving away. Hashirama not only quickly stopped and summoned the gates, but it proved that the summoning was pretty much all but instant.

To add to the fact, Hashirama seemed barely winded after summoning all five of the gates and previously fighting Madara, and there's no reason he shouldn't be able to do it at least twice more.
Unless you're insinuating that an Enton sword is stronger than a full power Tailed Beast Bomb that's also strengthened by a PS Susanoo sword, which I find quite ridiculous, there's no reason Hashirama shouldn't be able to block it with the gates.
Although the Susanoo sword is spammable, we must remember Sasuke only has his PS for

Here it is shown that the Buddha's attack come at an incredibly fast rate and in different directions ranging from front to side: again, Yata mirror can't guard against attacks except those that hit it directly.
In the end, either Hashirama stalls for fifteen minutes and then ultimately defeats Sasuke, or unleashes an all out attack while Sasuke is still in PS. Either way, I believe Hashirama takes this med-high difficulty, probably high. His speed should allow him to stay away from Totsuka, as long as he keeps a good amount of distance. If he does that, his greatest threat would be Yasaka Magatama, and that can be nullified by the gates.

That's not a FP Bijuu Dama , a Full powered one is the one that Kyuubi was about to shoot at Naruto right after the latter got KCM.
And yes i believe that PS Enton Sword is stronger than Bijuu Dama equipped with PS sword , plus don't forget that Enton won't go out before burning the target to ashes.
Also Sasuke is a long range fighter , if he avoid the pollen , he can spam Amaterasu , Enton Shuriken , Enton arrows and charge a powerful Kirin ( the power of Kirin depends on the amount of cumulonimbus in the sky ).

And that's why you're a fan boy. He has nothing to take out Shinsenjuu at all. The best he can do is take out Wood Golem/Dragon. Shinsenjuu demolishes his PS.
