In his scenario, Sasuke died and Kakashi inherited his Rinnegan. With his own large boost in chakra reserves, and Rikudou chakra granted by the eye itself, we'll assume he can use it for an equal time to DMS here. Two scenarios:

Scenario 1: Kakashi's just got the eye, and can only use Amaterasu, Preta, CT and ST/BT.
Scenario 2: Fully adjusted to it: Amenotejikara, Asura and Animal (Use Pein summons) are added to his arsenal.

Let's see what NB thinks.

If Ameno still has a cooldown, DMSKakashi forces 6TRinneKakashi to use it by using Kamui Shuriken and phasing out so that 6TRinne can't use Ameno on him to switch places. 6TRinneKakashi has to switch places with one of the Kamui Shuriken (if this is even possible). After that, DMSKakashi goes ham and kills him.

S1MS Kakashi one shots RG Kakashi and his PS once kakashi feels like using kamui snipe since you restricted ameno .DMS Kakashi low/no diff .
S2: DMS Kakashi forces RG Kakashi toward Ameno's cooldown period and that is using Long rang Kamui ,once this happens ,DMS Kakashi one shots just like S2 .DMS Kakashi mid diff .
