How does a child who's parent is an expert in chakra control, and her herself being an expert due to knowing the Byakugo, only able to use Chidori in the hand? That doesn't make sense to me.

It's because Sasuke don't have much time for train her, so I limited her ability with chidori and didn't put Snakes summon jutsu. :v

lol byakugou + MS = gg bolt, that's pretty much edo itachi-level right there.

Give bolt the ability to summon ma and pa, and have him start the battle with them on his shoulds, he still loses since his chakra reserves are only beginning of part 2 naruto level.
