(Hypothesis) Edo-Jiraya

I just read from another thread that Obito has Jiraya's DNA...so it is possible to summon him with Edo-Tensei, though the possibility of this happening is extremily low.
But...what if he's brought back and summons the frogs together with Ma and Pa to enter Sage-Mode?
Will they obey Jiraya???
As we saw Edo-Nagato,Edo-Hanzou,Edo-Mizukage all summoned their beasts and they obeyed him.

I don't think they would, they're a bit smarter. The average summoning animal probably can't tell the difference between good and evil, they just follow their master's will.

Kabuto mentioned that the dna left on the rods from his fight with pain "might" be sufficient to bring him back.
Obito told kabuto to watch it and to this kabuto simply said he has enough warriors on his hand.
(He did not want to risk fighting the rinnegan as he himself states it in that chapter (520:The secret behind edo tensei)

Hmmm ok, but for the sake of the thread, what do you think about the summons abeying the ninja who summoned them?? Is this some kind of a contract or they could just disobey him?

Well the creatures in question have to sign off on it so i wouldn't see why they would refuse to aid to begin with.
However if they really wanted to refuse help they could.It is not as if they are brainwashed

Jiriya Cant be brought back as you need a huge amount of dna example some blood or flesh. j-man body is under water where the water pressure would kill anyone who tried to get to him. as kabuto said

Well the difference is, is the intellect. Nidaisengama are quite intelligent and possess a mental capacity that exceeds most humans. They will not listen to Edo Jiraiya unless his intentions are good.

I think the contract no longer exists, remember when the messenger frog Kosuke was killed by Danzo? His name disappeared from the Toad Summoning Contract, the same could apply with Jiraiya.

If Kishi were to randomly bring Jiraiya back to life, he would probably use some awkward excuse like unlimited chakra = Easier to get into SM...
