Hype up->Power up-> nerf/get rid of character...

Hello guys, I would like to share with you the biggest flaw in Kishimoto's writting. If he avoided it by not introducing power up or properly expanding on it then his writting would be even greater then it is. Here I point out some examples, so bare with me:

Sasuke: Got half of SOSP's power up -> get nerfed/held back

Naruto(even although he was impressive): Got half of SOSP's power up and bijuu-> didn't use any combination of Bijuu abilities, almost no use goudama

Kakashi : got DMS, PS etc.-> Use one or two attacks-> loose power up

Obito: takes out Nunoboko sword-> Get trolled and ended in the same chapter, not showing what nunoboko sword could do

Madara: get both Rinnegan-> Get trolled and show only one feat

Kaguya: recieve power up and become serious-> Got sealed in the same chapter

Itachi: got Yata Mirror, show it for just one chapter then never bring it back when he is edo

Do you really call that pattern in Kishi's manga awesome ?

What was point of their power ups ? Just to look cool, hype Fans so they read more, if that it then he must be joking.

He thinks up a cool power-up, then realise that he made the power-up too OP so he nerfs, and culls it.

Yeah and that what i call annoying.

If Yata Mirror was shown tanking Kirin/Amaterasu no problem, also if Yata was shown stopping CT even for moment when Edo Itachi was back, or even If Itachi was shown wielding Yata to stop TBB from Naruto or Killer bee while Kabuto attacked. It could give more feats for Yata just like Totsuka being used on Nagato.

Same with Nunoboko Sword, Madara both Rinnegan, Kaguya getting power up.

Tell wouldn't you enjoy it much more ? There would be also no lack of feats in compare to hype, so there would be no argument almost

Yeah, though it would be as enjoyable without the Otsutsuki's being relevant, Juubi Jin is borderline, but would have been a good FV. The Otsutsuki's have turned the power system, and life/death system to complete and utter shit.

I partially agree even although Hagoromo is my favourite character for now at least. I think the idea of Otsutsuki family introduction was not bad by itself, but it was poorly executed, if it was well executed then noone would have problem with it.

Yeah, I think if it was left to just Hagoromo giving Naruto and Sasuke the power boost, but it wasn't as ridiculously OP as it was, but enough to beat Madara. It'd have been nice and would have flowed smoothly imo. But, the Kaguya arc was horribly paced and she "was" OP as balls, but got nerfed hard. It was a cluster-****.

For my mental sanity i really hope Kishi prepares a part 3 where he would develop these things further. There were major cliffhangers in the manga, at least recently, and it drives me crazy. Maybe this is his way of keeping the fans addict to his work.

For my mental sanity i really hope Kishi prepares a part 3 where he would develop these things further. There were major cliffhangers in the manga, at least recently, and it drives me crazy. Maybe this is his way of keeping the fans addict to his work.

Maybe, it could mean he leaves everything to our imagination so everyone can find see something else. It is just like left people some freedom to speculate about manga instead of giving ready meal with limit borders set so reader can not think outside of it but just take only what Kishi has shown...
