A Hype is something stated in the manga but was never actually shown,

A Feat is what has actually happened or done in the manga,

A Wank comes from fapboys which has no basis except their imagination.

Examples:

Hype: Hiruzen is the strongest Hokage Konoha has ever had

Feat: Gai's 8th Gate

Wank: Sakura has surpassed Tsunade

you do know that Hashirama himself hinted that Sakura has surpassed Tsunade at least strength wise.(although don't know how reliable a source he is on the subject)
