2. Shisui & Itachi were like brothers so they would know how to fight with each other, therefore Itachi can analyze the situation & know when to fire Amaterasu.
3. Itachi is genius level, and I'm sure he will try to 1 hit KO'd Hashirama.
4. Itachi is more efficient in a pair or group.
5. There will be eye contact regardless.
6. Both of their genjutsu is practically instant, so no Bringer of Darkness.
7. Itachi can use genjutsu from long range.

KA + Amaterasu > Hashirama & Tsukuyomi + Amaterasu > Hashirama.
