Hyouton aka Ice release is a KG created from the wind and water elements. In the naruto manga/anime, this KG belongs to the Yuki clan. Actually I think this was the first elemental KG to be shown in the anime/manga pretty cool lol. Haku was the first and only member of the Yuki clan shown to use the ice KG unfortunately. This was because most of the Yuki clan members were slain :/
Ice is strong against wind because the wind would simply cool down the ice more to make it stronger. A second strength of ice is water. Ice is 2x stronger than water because the ice simply cools down the water and freeze it. It is neutral to fire because when heat/fire is applied to an ice technique it would simply melt slowly, which would turn it from a solid back into a liquid/water. This water would dose out the flames. It has two elemental weaknesses, which are earth and lightning. Earth because ice isn’t strong enough to break/shatter earth, but earth is strong to break ice. Lightning is strong to ice because the lightning can simply cut through ice. Sound isn’t a basic 5 element but ice is weak to that too because the destructive sound waves simply shatters ice constructs.

Description: The user after performing the rat hand seal covers the surrounding area in frost which they can then use another technique to blend into the surroundings and sneak up on their opponent.
Do the Rat sign and use your chakra and cover the area in frost so you can blend in and stealthily attack my clone. Pretty much a jutsu to set up a stealth jutsu. Just remember doujutsu and sensors will still be able to find you in the frost^^

Use your chakra to make it start to snow down and than create pillars, shield of ice. This is a basic but multi-use jutsu. Since your from the Yuki clan you can just materialize the ice without needing a source of ice^^

Zero performs one handseal, focusing his water chakra around the ground to control the amount of moisture present. As this is done, he focuses his wind chakra in and around the moisture to cool it down to the level of where frost is created on the battlefield.
Im guessing I need another jutsu to travel in the frost or does this jutsu let me travel in the frost i created too?
Zero without the need for hand seals does basically the same procedure as the previous jutsu. He controls the amount of moisture within the environment with his water chakra about 5ft in front of him then cools it down with his wind chakra. After a few seconds, a sword made out of solid ice appears before him.
Can I manipulate/create ice from mid air anywhere within mid range? Im guessing if its a yes I don't need anything like water, ice or snow to create the ice structures from ._.
Also since ice is two times stronger than water, would it take a A rank water jutsu to stop ice constructs from this C rank jutsu and S rank and above to break them? o_o

This jutsu is also highly resistant to fire attacks, unable to be destroyed by fire jutsu unless it is higher than C ranked.
Channel your chakra and shoot out cluster of ice needles in shape of swallows and send them at my clone with great speeds and should be able to change direction in mid air to still hit my running away clone.

*Zero sees the clone running away and decides not to chase him, instead he channels his hyouton chakra in his throat and spit out a cluster of ice needles. These needles are not simple needles like senbons, instead they share the looks and size of swallows as they travel through the air towards the clone. As the clone sees the ice swallows, he takes a sharp turn but so does the swallows.*
So this is short and to the point. W/o handseals the user release some ice needles that take the shape of swallows and the 'swallows' can also change their path to hit the opponent. I have no questions about it.
*Zero channels his Hyouton chakra below the clone to created an jagged ice pillar that erects directly under the clone, encasing them in solid ice and preventing them from moving.*
*Next, Zero does the same procedure as he did before, but instead of channeling it away from him he did it under his current location. By doing this, he encases himself in ice and places his hands in front of his face to block the fire jutsu. Flexing around in his ice 'armor' Zero smirks.*

Without the need for hand seals, Zero channels his water chakra around the clone 1m in front of him then release his wind chakra to cool it down. By doing this, he makes several ice spikes surround the opponent and him from all sides with a short opening to Zero's left. Zero would quickly jumo through the hole and with a clench of his fist, Zero causes the spikes to enclose all around the opponent and impale him from different angles.
Zero channels his Hyouton chakra short range around him. By doing this, he quickly forms a ice dome around him without any handseals as the fireball hits the dome.

Standing like 2 feet in front of your clone, I release my Hyouton chakra around both of us to create several icicles. Before I clench my fist to make the icicles to close in on the clone, I quickly leap back out of harm’s way as the icicles stab the clone from all sides.

I manipulate the snow on the mountain side with my Hyouton chakra and hand gestures (just for Rp purposes) to create a pack of wolves. Shortly after creation, the wolves charge down the mountain side and bombard your clone with bites and what not, killing him.

Zero channels his Hyouton chakra around and under your clone. Nearly a second or two after doing this, 4 solid ice spikes emerge from the ground in a diagonal manner to impale you. The formation and position of the spikes would look like the base of a pyramid with all 4 spikes meeting at the same point, your head. Seconds after the first four are release one erects directly under you.
Looking over the water source to my right, your left I channel my Hyouton chakra into to create a giant whale to come mid-air and land on your clone, squashing it with its massive size.
Question on the second jutsu. Can I create this Ice whale from anywhere within range? Like have it emerge from the ground, a water source or just have it form in the air like the C rank ice release technique?

Yes you can it was shown being created from water but that was a person from Yukigakure and not a Yuki clan member so you can create it like the c rank ice jutsu ^^

Pretty straight forward here like most of the other Hyouton jutsus. The user without the need for hand seals uses his Hyouton chakra to form a tiger made out of ice. No questions on this one here.

Once within range, Zero sends his Hyouton chakra to the ground below the man to create a sheet of ice under him. This sheet of ice would freeze his feet to the ground. As he is dealing with that, Zero performs a single hand seal and makes chunks of ice erect under the man to encase him in ice as Zero takes out several senbons. He would then leap back while simultaneously throwing them at the ice to shatter it, further damaging the man.*
To me this jutsu is meh, won’t really work. It takes too much prep time and by the time the opponent notices their feet are stuck to the ground they would use a jutsu like nagashi to break free. Don’t see myself using it much tbh. No questions on it though.

Because of their transparency, the ice disks can be used as a large lens to focus rays of heat from the sun into a powerful beam to capable of melting or exploding a pinpointed area.
Use your chakra and channel it into the air and change the particles to make ice disk that are transparent and send them at my clone. Than make more ice disk and use it as a shield and than again to hover in the air. This is a really good jutsu ^^

Use your chakra and make a dragon of black snow and send it at my clone to send my clone high into the air. This is another jutsu from the first ever Naruto movie. This is almost like the ice version of water dragon.

Use your chakra and channel it into the air and change the particles to make ice disk that are transparent and send them at my clone. Than make more ice disk and use it as a shield and than again to hover in the air. This is a really good jutsu ^^

*Without the need for hand seals, Zero releases his Hyouton chakra into the atmosphere in front of him to create a flat disk of ice to float mid-air, horizontally. Then on his command he sends the disk forward towards your clone to slice him in half at the waist area. He would then do the same procedures as before to create a new ice disk but this time he turns it to the side, using it as a shield and having it revolve around him. He would then take a small leap to have the disk go under his feet as he hovers around on it.*

Description: The user will make a dome of 21 ice mirrors surround the opponent. Twelve are at ground level, eight are above the first twelve and placed at an angle so that they face slightly downward, and the last one is place directly at the top and center of the dome, facing directly down to the ground. The user can move at extremely high speeds that only the Sharingan can keep up with and manage to dodge while in this dome. The user can freely leap in and out of the mirrors as they wish and move to the other mirrors if one is destroyed, but the jutsu requires so much chakra to maintain that the users movements become progressively slower the longer they hold it (after three turns have passed a normal ninja can keep up with it for the most part) and they cannot perform jutsu while using this. When the jutsu is first starting, though, the user can move so quickly that it looks as though they are in, and attacking from, all 21 mirrors simultaneously. This jutsu was very resistant to fire jutsu, and can only be melted by fire of its own rank or greater, and cannot be destroyed by wind or water alone (both would basically empower it) unless it is of forbidden rank. *Zero channels his Hyouton chakra in his arms and quickly thrust forward to release two black dragons made out of snow. The two dragons coil around each other as they travel in a corkscrew manner. They would twist and swirl upwards and strike your clone with their mouth*
Just a version to the last one I did, but only because this is two dragons instead of one. It’s the same tbh because each dragon is A rank individually in power. No questions.
*Zero begins by sending an excessive amount of Hyouton chakra around the opponent, then with chakra control manipulates them to form 21 mirrors surrounding the opponent in a dome fashion. All the mirrors are station at different angles and different levels around the opponent, but together they take on the dome shape. Zero simply enters into one and moves around in all 20 other mirrors, quickly circulating around and throwing a kunai at the enemy from every angle.*
This is pretty sweet, I like it because I can enter a mirror from anywhere and have the other mirrors somewhere else lol. This is a very deadly technique if used right ;o
