I come up with a conclusion.

Ok, many people are confused by this one.

Hyakugo no Jutsu was not performed/released yet by Sakura. It was just 'formed' in this chapter. What we see this chapter was Sakura's monstrous strength caused by the chakra she is gathering to her fists. She is just confident to fight in the front line because she felt her body getting closer to collect enough chakra to form the seal and release its power on the right time.

To see the full strength and the side effects of the jutsu, Sakura needs to 'release' it first.

So we are expecting the 'peak' of Sakura's strength in the next chapters.

I hope some will get what I just explained. xD

If you read mew ..(forget his nam ) thread he explained how sakura will get sage mode and she will have this seal to do so .

That was like 2 months ago . And he was right.

Sakura is already using the chakra from the Hyakugou seal to increase the strength of her punches. I really hope that she will not magically learn how to form the Creation Rebirth seal, Byakugou seal, or a brand new seal the first time she uses the Hyakagou seal.

Nope, we will see the real power once she release it. The chakra that she is using to throw those punches was just an extra/excess chakra that she has. Also, Sakura during in the Part 1 arc when she was genin, Kakashi recognized her chakra precision. Sakura was just using a small part of her chakra to throw those powerful punches.

Nope, she was using the chakra stored in her seal for those punches. That's what the seal is, a chakra storage seal basically. Tsunade uses the stored chakra in her seal for jutsus that require a lot of chakra such as the creation rebirth and byakugou. The question now is, what will sakura use this chakra for, will she use it to just keep enhancing her strength and speed or will she use it for a new jutsu? She does have 3 years worth of chakra in that seal.
