The moment I see you form the Tiger Handseal I know what is coming for me. So I quickly rise myself off the ground by creating a rampart while at the same moment dropping you in the hole as you are exhaling your second fireball. This would slam into a wall of the hole and damage you severely. The hole itself drops twenty meters deep and is nearly twenty meters in diameter forming a perfect circle. The drop itself is extremely deadly. This happens extremely quickly while I raise myself on a ten meter high rampart avoiding any fireball that would be coming towards me.

If it was made so the wall is directly in front of me and the rest of the hole behind me: While falling down the hole next to the wall when you use the jutsu you said I release my 2nd Fireball this would be still leave me in a position where the fireball would still rise over the hole edge at a 75 degree angle it wouldn't hit you though seeing as you made yourself go up!
After realsing the second fireball over the edge I make a large amount of water to fill the entire 20 meteres across and down. Oh another point wouldn't the 1st fireball make a big whole in your wall as it can break concrete??

If you placed me in the middle of the hole the Dragon Head still flies towards you becuase of the angle and if it didnt hit it would break the rock wall you stand on. If this was the case I would contiue to do on what I explained above.

I activate my byakuugan then I start watching you intently on the rampart I see you creating the water. Smiling to myself knowing what is going to happen I decide to have some fun. I begin releasing mist in the entire area as you are getting out of the hole. Filling the hole takes a while, more then enough for me to spread the mist. I finish spreading the mist when you are three quarters of the way up.
