simply put, A tailed beast power is not something that can be easily mastered or use most especially if u are the type consumed with hatred. however, technically what is being insinuated is that obito was able to master and use the powers of juubi d sameday and just few minutes after it was sealed in him.
Jinchurikens have fear of using their powers bcos they are afraid of loosing themselves to the tailed beast.
In this regard the kumogakure created a special set of trainings scheme to tame tailed beasts (hachibi) to b precise, which took some years for killer bee to master and his predecessors failed. also it took naruto some days to master the jutsu because of madara presencec on the battle field which made kyuubi friendly with naruto. so hw could juubito be able to use juubi powers in minutes without training and without it consuming him.

The Juubi doesn't have a conscience so you can't really 'bond' with it. Also because it doesn't have a conscience and it is the combination of all the Bijuu put together, gaining control over the Juubi is something that must be done quickly instead of gradually gaining control over a period of years like you would do with a normal Bijuu. That's my take on it.

The Kyuubi and others bijuu were filled wit hatred because they were mistreated for many years, The Juubi isn't hatred, it's nature itself. What you need is a strong will. With normal bijuu, their hatred is what you have to overcome using your will so you cn't have hatred, whereas the Juubi hasn't got that hatred. Also, plot convience plays a part.

The Jyubi is nature itself+Obito having Senju DNA+ the Senju Clan basically being the Nature lovers of Naruto+Rin no Jutsu+Plot no Jutsu=Easier to control the Jyubi and the Jyubi most likely just requires different things for its jin to master it.... Such as having the will to not succumb to the Jyubi's power and just going on a rampage ^.^
