689 was released this Monday just been, but before WSJ would ship out advanced copied to those who pay, they would recived them early. They aren't shipping out advanced copies now. That's why we need to wait an extra week, we were getting it before the official Japanese release date, Raws were put online before the official release date. It was hurting their sales.

No, the leaked or early releases are shipped to people who pay for it in Japan. They are making it so it's release on that one date, so no more advanced copies, just one date.
