I've watched the whole thing and it never occured to me that he copied it ffs. If anything all the people i know including myself think hxh as an explained dbz while yu-yu hakushu as dark dbz. And there is a thing called inspiration and last time I checked kishi never mentioned he took inspiration from already copied shit. He clearly stated he took it from dbz.

Yes, the only thing I've ever heard Kishimoto say he drew "inspiration" (as some people want to call it) from is Dragon Ball Z and that's because he watched/read it when growing up? (I think)
