What Kurapika sensed was most likely that baby's bit beast or somethin (You know that pot which takes blood and gives out shitty beasts, we saw earlier. The king had a beast with all boobs and vags) xD

The aura was coming from the baby. The baby got special power from the pot which was shown in chapter 349. Each prince who were selected for the succession war had undergone this ritual of sharing their blood with the pot and they will be granted a special power in form of Nen beast who will protect them during the succession war.

Kurapika sensed it while the others didn't.
