When he even admitted his views of human life changed and he wasnt going to continue with the thingy no more

Not sure what he would have done after Netero was killed since he was constantly growing mentally.

merum by nature couldn't normally live with humans as one, he would have eventually given up to his instincts. Netero knew that, and he just simply couldn't take the chance, there were also pitou,yubi and pouf that could always pass the evil thoughts into him by making hi realize that he was the true king.

It was a great ending.. Meruem's death.

And the best of all, it wasn't an aspull. Generally, manaka's tend to make OP villians and end up killing them by an aspull (Kaguya is insanely strong, Kishi doesn't know how to kill her, then gives kakashi PS).

Meruem left the world undefeated and as the strongest. He didn't kill the main characters because Komugi turned him soft. I just loved how his death was written.

Netero and Meruem wer the strongest characters in HxH Pre-Rose.

Post rose Meruem was bascially god tier. His Nen has reached incredibly levels. They sadly had to die.

Meruem's death showcases the destructive nature of humanity. When you look at Meruem's incredible power level, it's scary to think that he was destroyed by a low budget bomb (miniature rose).

I loved his final moments with Komugi and overall that level of writing is incredible.
