Chapter 1: On the Move.
*Knock knock*
Orochiamru: come in...
Kabuto: how are you feeling lord Orochimaru?
Orochimaru: ...hand me my medicine.
Kabuto: The time has almost arrived for the ritual. I still can't believe someone as stubburn as Sasuke would willingly accept this.
Orochimaru: *smiles* hmhmhm, he has no choice. He knows he cannot defeat itachi with his own powers. He needs me.
Kabuto: I won't argue with you, Itachi is indded a massive threat to what we want in this world.
Orochimaru: Haha, once I possess that eye, I will throw Itachi into a river of his own blood.
Kabuto: hmph. Well I need to go grab your next medicine. It should only take a moment. For the time being, you should be able to move normally. You'll start feeling the reanimation side effects within a couple hours though.
*Kabuto walks out into hallway*
Orochimaru: heh heh hahahaha HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
*A few minutes later*
Orochimaru: Everything is going to be mine-- huh?
*bedroom door breaks open*
Orochimaru: Sasuke...
*Sasuke charges with Chidori*
*orochiamru is struck but his body turns into hundreds of snakes that bind Sasuke*
Sasuke: ?!....Chidori Nagashi!
*orochimaru appears behind Sasuke*
Orochimaru: hmhmhm, Sasuke you finally attack me. I knew this day would come.
Sasuke: I have finally become more powerful than you Orochimaru. Maybe in your world you were considered gifted, but against an Uchiha, someone with the Sharingan, you're just another novice.
Orochimaru: heheh, you talk as if you don't even need my help defeating your brother.
Sasuke: Exactly, I need you to not be in my way when I kill him. So I'll simply kill you and be done with it!
*Sasuke activates 2nd stage curse mark and charges Orochimaru with a Chidori sword*
*orochimaru dodges the attack several times*
Sasuke: tsk! Fire Style, Dragon flame Bombs!!
*Orochimaru is ingulfed in flames and melted away*
Sasuke: ....Stop playing your games Orochimaru.
Orochimaru: hmhmhm so you can see through my acting just like Sarutobi Sensei could. Are you going to make this more interesting than that old man though?
Sasuke: ...
*kabuto runs in*
Kabuto: What's going on--....Sasuke??
Sasuke: [This just became far too dangerous, I don't think I can take both of them]
Orochimaru: Are you thinking about running Sasuke? Because you cannot outrun me no matter how fast you've become. And I will have your body!
Sasuke: tsk! Giant Chidori Current!!
*Chidori bolts hit the bedroom all over and the room starts to crumble*
*the smoke clears*
Kabuto: Are you going after him?
Orochimaru: No, you are.
Kabuto: Sir!
*Kabuto dashes away*
Orochimaru: [How far will you run Sasuke?]
{AT KONOHA ONE DAY LATER}
*knock knock*
Tsunade: enter
Jiraiya: Oh hey, I've got great news.
Tsunade: what is it?
Jiraiya: I've heard from my greatest resorces that Sasuke had escaped orochimaru somehow.
Tsunade: Does Naruto know this?
*Naruto, Kakashi, Sakura walk into the room*
Naruto: Know what?
Tsuande: It appears Sasuke somehow escaped Orochimaru just recently.
Naruto/Kakashi/Sakura: !!??
Naruto: I knew he'd get away!
Jiraiya: Yes but it seems he's still fixed on his goal for revenge.
kakashi: Against Itachi?
Jiriaya: So it seems.
Tsunade: From the records the 3rd Hokage kept on Itachi, I'm not quite sure if Sasuke has what it takes even now to defeat him. Itachi is very powerful and a member of Akatsuki for a reason.
Kakashi: I know first hand what Itachi can do, I haven't seen Sasuke in almost three years, but unless he's suddenly found a new great power, he stands no chance against his brother.
Naruto: Then we need to go after Sasuke and stop him!
Jiraiya: What if Sasuke refuses and still tracks Itachi?
Naruto: ??
Sakura: Then we hunt both Sasuke and Itachi. If we can find one of them, we can stop the fight between them. They will most likely not ingage in combat if we are around.
Tsunade: So you're going after Sasuke and Itachi huh? *gasps* Well then you better take another squad along.
Kakashi: I think I've got just the squad in mind.
Tsunade: Okay then, after you report the second squad to me, I'll order you a mission for tomorrow afternoon to hunt and retrieve either Sasuke or Itachi!
{AKATSUKI LAIR}
Pain: Assemble!
*all Akatsuki members gather into the lair*
Pain: I have interesting news for everyone. Sasuke Uchiha has escaped Orochimaru's grasp and is now on the move. I'm saying this because he's most likely after you Itachi. So both you and Kisame are going to have to stay on guard.
Deidara: Oh Sasuke huh?
Pain: Everyone needs to be extra careful now. Since Sasuke is free, it's almost certain Orochiamru is looking for him. So Orochimaru is probably up and around too. Kill either Orochiamru or Sasuke if you run into them.
Deidara: heh, hey Tobi, let's go on a hunt.
Tobi: O-O-Okay Deidara senpai!!
*Deidara and Tobi leave the lair*
Kisame: Are you okay with this Itachi?
Itachi: ...
Pain: Dismissed!
