Quite honestly, falling ten thousand meters and suffering not a scratch is the greatest feat we've ever gotten. Kaido survived 40 executions. It took just one to kill Roger. Granted Roger was ill, but that stands for something.

BB gets advantage if Kaido is a fruit user. Given how Kaido is portrayed , he won't go down without killing BB so he wins this IMO.
