Re: The Sage wanted to meet Sasuke, not Naruto.

@Notorious: I personally hope the Sage and Sasuke had some discussion on Sasuke's methods to peace, or something more important then the "Hey, you're a reincarnation. Everything you've done is somewhat fated. Here's power."
The only way to know that is if naruto and sasuke end fighting each other, we'll get sorta of a flashback between so6p and sasuke's conversation. o_O

Re: The Sage wanted to meet Sasuke, not Naruto.

Look, the manga said he summoned him. I argue against manga facts. Sasuke ain't summon shit. Sage just decided to meet Lordsuke while he was down.
we only saw like 2 panels of sasuke's conversation with the sage so maybe sage said the same thing to sasuke. Naruto got to meet the sage because his ashura chakra blossomed, while sasuke met the sage because his indra chakra blossomed

The sage made it clear that he wanted to meet both of them. Live with it.

Holy shit, this was humiliating. Sensei, went too hard in the paint. TH definitely earned mad respect.
 but in a serious note, we barely got panels of sasuke's conversation with the sage of the six paths, maybe the requirement to meet the sage is being close to death? i dunno ._. i hope we at least get to know what sasuke and the SO6P spoke about in a flashback or something.

Re: The Sage wanted to meet Sasuke, not Naruto.

TH - kindly don't troll and read the OP very very carefully.

The Sage outright states that Naruto summoned him. It's obvious that Ashura's Miss Establishment Chakra called upon the Sage. Whether it was unintentional or intentional isn't the point - he was summoned there regardless. Sasuke on the other hand was never Density's blubbering child, hence, the Sage met him and as Dantee stated, showed agreement with his ideals that the Bijuu should be destroyed.

Remember, it's highly possible that the Bijuu can be killed now. Previously, they were merely masses of Chakra, now they are one, in a single body. They are a single entity now. Even the Gedo Mezo is a tangible statue that houses the Bijuu Chakra. It's obvious that killing the Juubi, isn't the same as killing the Bijuu. Nothing indicates that if it's killed it can be reborn again. All speculation.

So yes, given all these circumstances, it's highly possible that the Sage met Sasuke of his own free-will. He also thinks that Naruto is far too stupid compared to all the other reincarnations. That could explain his chakra's reluctance.

Here's the thing. Sasuke has the Mangekyo Sharingan. Is Tsukuyomi apart of his arsenal. It's never been officially confirmed. Whether he does or doesn't, I don't know. Therefore, it is not a manga fact.

You see what I'm getting at? Sasuke has no evidence of him summoning the Sage as well. So that's basically saying "Sasuke has not summon(yet)" Underline word.. is yet. To conclude, Super Gramps Sage met Sasuke. Because that we can confirm with manga facts.

@Bold = chakra can't be killed.

Neither of them can be killed, if that would've even been possible, the mother of the SO6P would have done it so when she ate the fruit.

@Underline, if you care to bring scans that could support that idea then we will agree on something, until it's not proven with manga scans, we can assume that both of them could meet the sage because their the reincarnation of his sons.

@Bold, so what if he has it or not? what's the point?

@Underline, there. Assumptions. Until it's proven, he's on the same situation as naruto.

I'm sure it was relatively similar to Naruto's speech. Telling Sasuke the past events of Ashura and Indra, told him Kaguya became corrupt, etc.

The differences will most likely be shown later and tie into the plot. But wouldn't Sasuke's answer be somewhat agreeable? I don't see RS handing out power to somebody who's morally ambiguous with shrouded intentions unless he wants to repeat the cycle.

I don't know why it's so hard to understand that a dead guy can't summon, and even if his chakra summoned the sage it was unintentional. If you're saying he can then you're giving naruto a feat that no one accomplished, which is summoning someone as powerful as the sage. One more thing is that naruto, by your logic is too stupid, so he shouldn't be able to do something like that

Yeah but remember he wanted to kill the bijuus, i guess they have a different kind of conversation that naruto had with the sage.

Where is it even stated that Juubi's composition is the same as the Bijuus, as they were made out of its chakra, not the body? The body was the empty husk left - the mezo. So no, given by this logic alone, the Juubi can be killed, as it has an actual body. The Bijuus are reborn as they are without source. The Juubi is the source. Huge difference.

Why would she kill the Juubi?

The thread is an opinion and yes, as I said, evidence is there to even support it. Let's not shun others opinions just because we feel we are completely right.
