We are special. Those things wouldn't be in fiction if they weren't to be realized at some point. Although most people go through their whole lives without knowing that they're something more. A bit sad, really..

every time I watch any anime/cartoon I think about why humans cant be that special why cant I just teleport somewhere or control gravity. or even falling off a building with little to no damage. its like humans are so limited to little things.

i will answer to you using those anime/cartoons you watch. in those shows, how many characters have those abilites and how many are just ordinary powerless humans? almost exclusively those with supernatural powers take less then 0.01% of the entire population of their world. so in those shows, being able to teleport or control gravity or jump of a building with not scratch is highly rare, if you were in those shows chances are you would be just another powerless dude.

it's like with the zombie apocalypse misconception, if a zombie apocalypse would burst out you would probably turn into a zombie, the chances of getting out alive and becoming a survivor are lower then the chance of winning the lottery.

It's our weakness and frailty that makes life beautiful. Humans may not seem as cool as anime characters, but we have the ability to learn and adapt. If you want the journey of a persons growth can be though of as an anime. So what if the anime characters are stronger physically. On the flip side of that imagine anime characters trying to live as we do. It would never work.

Us humans have the strongest resolve of any life form we know. We may not be the strongest or most durable, and hell, we don't even generally make the most logical or instinctual decisions with what we're capable of when compared to animals. One thing I do know, however, is that human spirit is a powerful thing. Just think of that as the superpower you get

Now if we had all of those abilities then we wouldn't be called be humans now would we.Also, who said we can't become better? We already have made great strides. We evolved our minds so that we could increase the potential of our bodies intentionally. Our minds are still evolving as well, the full potential of the brain is yet to be tapped, and no, I'm not talking about psychic abilities, although that may be possible in the future.
