Huge Recommendation for Role Playing....

Like we have a Custom Jutsu Submission thread....

Can we have a Custom Kekkai Genkai Submission thread in the RPG Bios section?

with limits of course ... like
a person needs ALOT of posts before making one...
1 custom kekkei genkai per person...
no custom kekkei genkai if the person already has one
they have to have a DECENT back story for their clan
they can not be overpowered...
All kekkei genkai must be APPROVED...
would be nice if they also had some sort of drawback too so theyre not way overused...

i think it would give the game an added level of creativity and fun as well as even the playing field a little bit for people who have bios where they dont have Sharingan or a Biijuu or any other crazy eyes.....

what do you think?

Personally, im against this since it would get too complicated. No offence to supporters.
It would be too many kekkei genkais and i think the few that we have is enough.

Maybe. But they would have to be extremely organized and there should only be a limited amount of groups. Like the first 50 people to make a group will be evaluated and ther best few would become Kekkei Genkai for clans and stuff.

While I do agree that it would be difficult... as of right now we run into the problems of having a million (rough number I never checked it) members... of which we have a limited number of bloodlines due to the restriction on kekkei genkai...

Yes, I think this is a good idea.

I agree with most of the limits you have suggested, here is what the ones I dissagree with and the ones I suggest.

the custom kekkei genkai be in the battle arena and just be the same thread as the custom jutsu's thread

the number of posts required should depend on the level of the kekei genkai(like no point waiting to 10000 posts just to do something really weak like the equivelant to an E-rank jutsu)

a back story would be nice but doesn't necissarily have to do with actually possessing kekkei Genkai and shouldn't be required.

like i said before having drawbacks should depend on the level of kekkei genkai, like something that is equivelant to an D-rank jutsu shouldn't like kill you if you use it, but something like EMS would probably need a bunch of drawbacks.

Possibly, itd have to have 20 ppl atleast with that kekkei genkai to be approved.

No not necessarily I think it should just be the same with regular jutsu, just a little different. and it could just be some random person experimented with their genes creating a new kekkei genkai, then that person would be the only person to have that kekkei genkai(or if their clan was destroyed)

and also the first hokage(and yamato) were the only ones who could use the kekkei genkai wood element.

a kekkei genkai doesn't necissarily have to be able to be used by an entire clan, kekkei genkais could be like specific to one person. and the number of people who would create a kekkei genkai I think would be few(too many people want EMS and Rinnegan) also people want different types of kekkei genkai, so 20 people grabbing a custom kekkei genkai wouldn't be feasable, let alone 20 people wanting the same custom kekkei genkai

also the custom kekkei genkai should be put on a seperate "approved blood limits" thread, so we don't have to go through all the spam and other stuff in the submissions thread.
