Akira's a vizard, and there is a bounty placed on his head. His existence as a vizard is illegal, and he lawfully SHOULD be put to death.

What is his case?

Akira was kicked out of Gotei 13 once. We kicked him out before, why should we accept him back in if he lawfully should be put to death?

To stand by the law and the original decision put forth by Yama, I'm going to have to say no.

I'm not against second chances (as seen with Captain Isamu), but he being a vizard cannot be helped. Under the law, he should be put to death. In accordance with that law, I just dont think he should be a captain.
