Ok, so here we go
You know that with the Byakugan you can see an enemy's chakra system and strike the points to shut them down. But you can also see your own chakra network.
*Shows you a mirror*
First activate your Byakugan.
Now for this, all you're doing is hitting your own chakra points. But instead of shutting them down, you're opening them to their maximum and causing more chakra to flow. Doing this will increase the power of all your chakra based attacks, but it will also cause you to use more chakra for each jutsu.
Taijutsu: Reverse Juuken (Reverse Gentle Fist)

Chakra cost: 20 (Doubles the chakra cost of Ninjutsu and Genjutsu)
Damage: (+20 to Ninjutsu and Genjutsu)
Description: Using the Gentle Fist style of Taijutsu and Byakugan, the user is able to strike chakra points on the body, either sealing off the chakra flow to that point or boosting it. In this technique the user hits different chakra points on his own body using the Juuken, boosting the power of all his/her Ninjutsu or Hyuuga jutsu to the max [ one rank above ]. However, this sudden boost in power also requires more chakra to be used.[ + 20 ]
*Must be a member of the Hyuuga clan to use this jutsu
*Only HiddenShadowNinja can use/teach this jutsu
*This jutsu only lasts for 3 turns and can only be used once per battle
(Though never really used in the show,this ability to boost the chakra points as well as seal them is described in episode 47 by Kakashi at 4:53. "...in theory, if you hit them accurately...you can stop or increase the enemy's flow of chakra")
