to start, I want you to extend your arm and focus your chakra much the same as if you were doing a summoning. Try to make a snake appear out of your sleeve and bind/bite my clone.

Note that this jutsu doesn't need handsigns and also is not considered as a summoning.

Now the multiple hidden shadow snake hands jutsu is the same thing, but more snakes. So it'll take more chakra.

- Focusing more chakra into my arm I create a whole army of snakes in which spiral out from my sleeve and bite your clone everywhere instantly dispersing him -

But remember, these snakes don't have to just bite, they can bind as well. Which can be even more useful if you do it right, as you could potentially stop your opponent from preforming handsigns.
