Actually, just thought, you'll be using your Konan bio to learn it, and I'll be using my Hyuuga to teach it. (Casue my Nara and your Uchiha are currently on Gats' island in the tournament

Description:To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on the hand, perform the necessary handseals and then touch their hand to the ground or another object. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground.
I begin by summoning a medium sized snake in which it poofs and appears in front of me, chewing a chicken bone-

For instance, the Kyodaija that was summoned during the invasion of Konoha had marks on its skin similar to the Cursed Seal of Heaven, while the ones summoned by Orochimaru in the Forest of Death had no such marks. As you mount him he begins thrusting around violently trying to throw you off.
As you pat his head he calms down and allows you to stand on him

Now Charge for that ninja over there!
-He begins to turn and head for a ninja shaped bush in which he biting the bush destroying it before making John head back to the area in which your standing-

The next one will require alot more chakra to summon. You'll be summoning the Three-headed snake.

-I focus a lot of chakra before doing the requring handseals, and blood drawing, I slam my hand on the ground as I make in front of me a large snake with 3 heads as they slither and groan as I gaze up in wonder-

Snakes are picky. Sometimes showing them affection works, and sometimes you just need to show them who's boss. If they don't respect you and don't see you as strong it will be difficult to get them to obey you (like Pokemon xd)
