HP Pavilion Touch watching videos?

This is the laptop that I have, I love it but watching videos sucks like on youtube or netflix, alot of the time the sound will be very distorted and laggy and sometimes when I scroll down to read the comments or try to do something else it freezes, how do I fix this? Also if you don't have a solution please don't comment, i don't need any smart remarks about the laptop itself, I just need help fixing it.

When I get to the Automatically Find HP Updates page it shows the Scan My Product blue button and when I try to click on it nothing happens.

There were no updates that I had to do.

It might be a browser problem or internet connection problem.
1 What browser are you using?
2 What is your average download speed?
3 Are you on wifi or ethernet internet access?
4 When in doubt, kill the process via task manager...if that doesn't work, restart your computer. If you have windows 8.1, check if you have any windows updates, specifically at your gpu. (intel integrated hd graphics)
