[Discussion] How's Shukaku's chakra inside naruto

That the juubi somehow detected the chakra of all bijus inside Naruto.
But all bijus were not present (= everybody was there, except shukaku), when they gave Naruto chakra.

So the question is: How did the juubi detect/see shukakus chakra within naruto, when he wasn't present to give him his chakra?

I have wondered this myself. Maybe he somehow got it from their first encounter at the Chuunin exam?

I really don't know mate.
I think it's either the plot hole; or shukaku has a big role to play later in the manga in order to Naruto to obtain that chakra; possibly something along the lines of him coming out of juubi or some shit like that

Maybe Shukaku didn't want to be there because of Kurama. The eight-tails did make a point to mention that the two hated each other because Kurama thought Shukaku was beneath him. Kurama thinks the more tails you have, the more powerful you are, which makes Shukaku the weakest among them.
