I'm going to enter my 2nd year in College come August. It is much different than HS. Lots of stress and responsibility. The thing is, even though I have half the classes I had in HS, the work load seems to have doubled, maybe more. High School was easy, best years of my life, in terms of school. College work is tough, but I know I can do it.

Most high schools are child's play compared to tougher college programs. It depends on the major of course, and some high schoolers go all out and get a ton of college credits, maybe you are one of those individuals.

In general, I wouldn't recommend over-stressing about grades in either college or high school. That is, unless you are looking to get into a very prestigious college or a high profile major company. If you're just trying to get into your state university and plan to accept a variety of reasonable paying jobs, its not as important.

The most important thing is to find an internship while in college if it benefits your major. If you pick up an internship junior year, you'll likely become a vital asset to that company by the end of senior year and they'd likely hire you on full time at that point.
