Is there a way to cure being a vampire on skyrim or at least a way to make people stop attacking you whilst you're a vampire??

You need a potion of cure disease as soon as you get infected, but there is a quest that removes vampirism, i just forgot wich. When you turn full on vampire lord people will attack you on sight there's nothing you can do about it, but if you have Skyrim Legendary and download the DLC it fixes this problem and people will no longer attack you.
I also forgot to mention that becoming a werewolf removes vampirism as well, but then you're stuck as a werewolf at least until you finish the companion's questline and get the option to turn back normal.

If you contracted vampirism in it's early state, drink a cure disease potion.
If you already turned into a vampire, go to Falkreath and speak to the inn owner for any rumors.
Then go to Falion in Morthal for the cure and he will perform the ritual.
Also, for people to stop attacking you.. you need to feed on blood. Either kill an enemy and feed on his corpse or enter a house at night and wait for the npc's to go to sleep and then without waking them up feed on them.
