WIth Edo tensei, Orochimaru is invincible. If they could get rid of them, Sasuke can defeat Orochimaru. Sasuke is significantly stronger when he was when he first killed Orochimaru.

4. Sage Mode Orochimaru > Sasuke n Itachi.
5. Now he's > of most shinobies with his Edo tensei.

When Sasuke killed oro, Oro was > Sasuke. Sasuke only had his Chidori and 3 Tomoe Sharingan. Now he has EMS and Kirin, on pure 1v1 without Sage mode and Edo yeah Sasuke WOULD WIN, with either Sage or Edo, Sasuke loses.
