How and Why did naruto teach konohamaru the rasangan?

I am not sure when but he did it to become stronger and just like the first episode or what ever he thought that naruto was boss, so he wanted to be taught by him. So its the same thing he wanted to learn rasengun, and he knows giant rasengun now.
