I won't make any personal weight comment because people really shouldn't take shots like that, but I can't stand you. Honestly. Everything Yard said on your profile is legit. I got to 190 once when I was trying to get into the army when I was 19. I ate mass amounts of food, worked full time doing construction, ran a mile before and after work every day, and lifted weights every day. I was in amazing shape I went from 140 to 190 pounds without gaining a single ounce of fat. Unfortunately the army rejected me and I got really lazy, I went back down to like 160, now I'm back up to like 180, and its not all muscle this time. I'm by no means fat, at 180 with some muscle and over 6 feet tall, but I am in horrible shape compared to the way I used to be built.

I know I was becoming a fat-ass piece of shit I accept that fact and it wasn't muscle as in your case. I was 30 lbs overweight because I wasn't fully grown yet.

Sorry to hear that. You should try to just burn the weight and not change it into muscle. If you don't intend to keep up working out then losing it completely is the best option. The best way to lose weight is cut out sugar and exercise. Soda and sugary stuff is more fattening then eating raw butter <_<;; it is absorbed into your fat cells right away unlike fat which has to be processed and only so much can be processed at any time.

I have a really fast metabolism and really small frame. I used to weight 135 pounds at this height. Though there was a lot of cocaine involved in reaching that figure. My issue isn't really my diet, its my laziness.

I used to have high standards, but as I got older I realized that they can be ugly and it still feels just as good. That and the ugly ones are more desperate. I won't bang like super super ugly girls, or fat chicks that have to have a certain weight limit. And I don't mind some curves or a little meat on their bones, but like big huge fatties with fat rolls and stomachs that stick out farther than their boobs, I refuse even when drunk. But I grew up in the country where there weren't many girls around, and I learned that if you lower your standards a bit, you get laid a lot more.

I still have standards, just not as high as I used to. Women don't age well either, so if you ever want a really long term relationship you gotta be ready for what she will look like in 10 years.
