He would be the last true Senju.
Back story:
(1) When Hashi and Madara agreed to stop the fued between their clans and intergeate them into the same village, there were two powerful families within the clan who rejected the union which led them to unassociating themselves from the Senju clan and relocating into seclusion.
(2) Within one of those families their was a women who had a romantic/physical relationship with (before Mito Uzumaki came into the picture) and as a result of that, the women became pregnant with his child unbeknownst to Hashi.
(3) They both came to the consensus that a life together would be impossible due to Hashi being promised to Mito Uzumaki and her families desdain towards Hashi for forming the union with the Uchiha clan.
(4) The new generational character would be a descendent of Hashi (his great great grandfather) but unlike Tsunade would be 100% Senju due to his parents being direct descendants from both families who departed from the rest of the Senju clan initially.
(5) My new character runs away from his undesclosed home and backpacks his way to the leaf village in order to learn about his ansestor (great great grandfather Hashi), the alliance of the Senju/Uchiha, determine if he could fit into the outside world and meet a worthy adversary.
(6) Naruto instatnly welcomes my character into the academy and notes that my character is beaming with a strong life force, large reserves, powerful chakra and is compatible senjutsu.
(7) My character instantly dislikes Sarada because she's due to him being taught that the Uchiha were a clan possessed by evil and killed much of his clan.
(8) My character confirms to Sakura that Medical Ninjutsu derives originally from the Senju Clan while performing mystical palm on a classmate.
