I would do it based on what would run the village the best not just power

head of anbu : sasuke

I like it though I don't think kakashi will ever become hokage. He definitely has what it takes but even though naruto and sasuke are quite young. I think it will be one of them

Respect ur opinion but tsunade still is strongest person in her village (aside from naruto and the only reason he can't be be it is because he isnt qualified .-. Think u have to b at least a joinin)
She's stronger then Kakashi (aside from kamoi) and gai expecally unsealed and how is she crappy kage she does what she's best at I applaud her for being able to heal everyone during pain invasion

Naruto has already been acknowledged by everyone, even people outside of his village.

Hokage: Kakashi is a generally outstanding individual in all aspects.
Advisors: Hiashi is influential, mature, and has a strong sense of loyalty and integrity. Ibiki is a master of getting into peoples heads. Everyone knows that manipulation and reading political opponents is a requirement for any leader.
Jounin Commander: Shikamaru. His brains make him the perfect strategist.
Med Corps: Sakura has equal medicinal capabilities to Shizune but more powerful and more assertive.
Head of ANBU: Sasuke or perhaps Shibi Aburame he is powerful and mysterious enough to be a good candidate.
As for Naruto he should be used as he is now. As muscle for the village. Give him a team and send them out to enforce some of Konohas interests.
