Was this fast food? If so I wouldn't have this issue because I'll never work at fast food, literally the worst job on the planet. Horrible pay, horrible hours, and terrible customers. It also sucks that happened to her but it could be worse, someone got shot and killed because their hamburger had pickles on it. Although the cashier or whoever was not responsible, it was the people in back who made the order.....so yeah never work at fast food.

But honestly... if I were your cousin, I think I would be stunned to even do anything. But at the back of my mind, I would want to curse him too and the manager. No violence... cursing is the only thing I can do...

I probably would've insulted the guy and noted the car's license plate number before cleaning my face. Then I would go to the police to report that ******* for bodily harm with the licence plate's number. I'd also yell at the manager if he blamed me for what happened.

Lot of ppl go through this shit everyday and cant quit let alone go to sue them. For many it is part of the job to take shit being low class worker. It is easy to be rude piece of shit with some money and influence, especially those who acquired it from their parents.
