I'd say sakura chakra is pretty strong, considering she is a innate genjutsu type. And has a strong affinity towards yin, like the uchiha.

If we're talking about potency. All we know is that Uchihas are extremely high but have very little chakra compared to Uzumaki's who have loads of average chakra. I don't think we can diffrentiate. Just by the amount of jutsu being done unless we are told or we know their family. Anyone get me? I can elaborate further. If I'm missing something, please englighten me. Cheers

All i know is naruto has the most potent chakra of everyone. He has kyuubi chakra which is described as a burning evil chakra. Idk why everyone is listing uchihas. There is no chakra more potent than kyuubi.

Well, they specialised in summoning but we're talking about chakra.

Maybe it'd be better to say a large chakra pool was the only thing Naruto had going for him in the beginning, being an Uzumaki (Relatives of the Senju). Which is why he could make so many shadow clones. That's what I thought anyway..
