How Would You Improve Sakura?

Naruto and Sasuke outshine Sakura in every way. So bad that Kishi recognized it and mentioned it in his interviews and story. Unfortunately, for a team that is supposed to be legendary now, Sakura's abilities are lack luster in comparison which seems unfitting for how tied up she was to Naruto and Sasuke's development.

What would you give Sakura to put her in line with her comrades?

I would like to imagine that if Sakura managed the ability to perform medical jutsu at a distance rather than touch, it would really boost her power.

She can perform medical ninjutu at a distance, its called Katsuyu, but it you mean like Kabuto, nothing suggest that she cant, she just doesn't need too. Sakura's chakra control and medical skill are leauges above Kabuto's.


Sakura skills and abilities are actually superior to her teammates, which is the funny thing because she is a normal girl without any hand outs.

Most powerful destructive jutsu -Sakura's punch (Indra's Arrow and Naruto Bombs isn't damaging Kaguya and Sakura's punch can't be absorbed)

Sakura manage to get chakra levels surpassing the tailed beast in three years (Her spamming Kaguya level jutsu (which where taxing to Kaguya and a Naruto clone couldn't maintain) multiple times, regenerating once, and healing more than 80,000 people via katsuyu in two rounds twice (Shinobi alliance where 80,000, Half of them probably died, but her performing a massive healing and providing a foothold for those people would roughly constitute as 80,000).

Sakura natural skills are enough to make someone with KKG like doujutsu, and Perfect Jinc a joke.

-Naturally higher ranking than any Hyugga who are said to be able to see through genjutsu.
-Sasuke claimed that her genjutsu resisiting prowess was superior to his own 2 tomoe Sharingan, which was shown to see through genjutsu.
Perfect Chakra Control (She had it since part 1, As she started to develop byakugou in part 1)
Intellegence- Sakura has excellent recall, edietic memory almost.
-Her eye are sharp enough to read and predict battle patterns, even those of Master puppet masters.
-Sakura can anaylze jutsu better than the byakugan can, and Kakashi no less.
-Sakura is a quick study, performing jutsu perfectly on her first try. (Tree Climbing, Summoning Jutsu, Katsuyu Immense Healing, Syncing Byakugou to Tsunades, Regeneration)

And so much more.

Sakura is nerfed because she if possibly almost perfect.
Mentally REsistant
Physically Strong.
Chakra Controlling Genius.

Sakura in the Novel had no problem increasing her speed or using her chakra in ways to sheild herself. Sakura power isn't the problem, its her writters

Well your forgetting that Sakura was never meant to be their equal or equal to Naruto or Sasuke. She's a normal girl, with a normal or civilan background who emphasizes human weakness and overcoming it (which she has done in regards to being a shinobi). So with all that being said, yes Sakuras accomplishments/abilities fall short of her two transmigrant teammates but when you compare her to other characters (mainily her peers) they don't outshine her the way Naruto and Sasuke do. Now as far as being legendary... Sakura is Tsunades disiple while also being her only successor and she defiantly left her mark in the war arc along the side of her teammates as 1 of 3 neo-Sannin so she's good in the acknowlagement department.

To answer the question: there isn't a way to put Sakura on par with Naruto or Sasuke unless Hagoromo pays her vist lol but to answer the question..

I think she would excel finjutsu.
Senjutsu (some type of sage mode) would amplify her feats.
A nature affinity (water + Earth)
Barrier Ninjutsu would be OP
Better taijutsu seals the deal too.

I would give her Some sort of Power like sage mode which drasticaly enhances her power .Her regeneration now has Jin Madara's feats of regenerating the damage caused by Night moth and regenerating his lower half body ..She can even use some kind of Instant regeneration to tank powerfull attacks without getting her body damaged or vaporized .She can now summon 100%Katsuya which rivals or exceeds SM Hashirama's Budhha in size and can spit tremendous amount of acid that melt almost all matters .Not to mention Katsuya's splitting and liquidization abilities which makes her immune against all Physical attacks like PS slashes .Sakura's regular punches that aren't preceded by a jump are now much stronger than her war arc famous Shanaro let alone her current Shanaro .sakura can now use Katauya abilities like splitting and liquidization .this Sakura would probably be around Hinata's level :lol .

Sakura should've learn slug sage mode and gain some acid abilities or something. Or at least have crystal release that be cool it would be like a crystal version of mokuton. Kl thing about crystal release is it reflects light and can fill Byakugan so technically it could counter the sharingan's genjutsu and abilites. It's actually an OP ability.

The OP is clearly referring to her power .
if we adjusted her character and personality then it would be someone else but no more sakura .Sakura wasn't always that strong character so I bet her fans liked her most because of her personality whether it appeals to the rest of us or not .

I agree. She is originally a genjutsu type but Kishi never took that anywhere. I also threw around the idea of her taking Yamato's history and ability. Rather than make her a straight up Senju, I would have had her be one of those kids Orochimaru experimented on and was the successful one in obtaining Mokuton.

Her role on team 7 would be similar to Sasuke's in that her Mokuton could have been used to help subdue the kyuubi if it got out of control. Throw in her medical Ninja training and some skilled use of Genjutsu to really round out the rest of her abilities.

This way she'd be up there on the power scale without having to be Rikudo level. She also needed something more to strive for other than just being Sasuke's baby maker.

She never made fun of Naruto for being an orphan, Sakura has shown nothing but sympathy for orphans.
